Born in 1964, Jean-Philippe HERMINE has graduated as Geologist Engineer from the Nancy School of Geology. He joined Renault in 1996 to led the environmental audits during the corporate restructuring and acquisitions of the Group (RVI, Volvo, Dacia, Samsung Motors).

He was then appointed Head of the Energy & Hygiene Safety Environment Department, in charge of Renault sites worldwide.

Since July 2011, Jean-Philippe HERMINE is Vice President in charge of Strategic Environmental Planning for the Renault Group and CEO of Renault Environment.

Strategic Environmental Planning is part of Strategy and Business Development Division reporting to CEO. Jean-Philippe is in charge of developing and implementing a consistent environmental policy for the Group, including all brands. His team combines both strategical and very operational roles, on products, on service design, on production, supply chain and aftersales/end of life.  Some activities are developed in common with Nissan and Mitsubishi.
